Incapacity Benefit is paid to people who are to sick to work. It has been replaced with Employment and Support Allowance.

Income Support is 'means tested benefit' to help people on a low income. Income support is due to be replaced with the Universal Credit in 2013.

Disability Living Allowance (DLA) is a tax-free benefit to help with extra costs you may have because you're disabled. It is not 'means tested'. For people who are of working age DLA is due to be replaced in 2013 with Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
