There's a fortified water available called 'Get More', which has 2 microgrammes of Vitamin D per 100ml. I don't know if it would do more harm thn good, though Ally.

NN thanks for your advice.  I might look into it.  Meanwhile, I think I need to speak to a GP.  If I can find one,  that is.  I'd have more chance of finding a dodo,  than the elusive lesser spotted GPS, we have at our practice.  You can never get an appointment, unless it's for the following week, or, two weeks later.  All the GPs we have now, are new.  I don't know any of them.  Its difficult if I can't understand them, due to being deaf.  instead of trying to be independent, I think I'll have to take my husband with me next time.  Thanks again  >hugs<
