Thanks for the tree hug, Sunshine. I'm glad of it after the day I had.

Everything went a bit pear-shaped today. I woke up at 2.30am in a whelter of anxiety, and spent the rest of the night having one panic attack after another. At 8.30, I texted my support worker and asked her not to come, as I couldn't have opened the front door to let her in, and was in no fit state to do anything even if I did manage it. I then spent the next few hours crying uncontrollably, and feeling really angry with myself for getting into this state again.

The only good thing is that I now have a list written down of all the things helping to keep me backed into the agoraphobia corner, which is at least useful.

All that can be done now is to rest up tomorrow, and try again on Friday.

It is lovely.

And I managed to sleep until 3.30 this morning, so things are looking up.  >erm<

Oh, I do hope you get a much better night than that tonight, NN.... Lack of sleep tends to magnify the effects of any 'head demons' you have  >thumbsdown<  I hope you can firmly boot out the one that tells you to be angry with yourself for daring to be understandably tearful  >hugs<  If not, my  >flyswatter< is as always on loan to help you with the eviction  >raspberry<

Thanks Kizzy >hugs<

I had a better day on Friday, and was able to meet my support worker. As I was still feeling fragile, we decided to compromise on going out, and she helped me to tidy up the front garden instead. So we were outside, but I could take rest/panic breaks in the house as needed.

Sleep pattern is beginning to settle a bit, so here's hoping that  Wednesday was just a massive wobble. >x-fingers<
