Hello Ouchers

Today 12/4/17 I got a brand newQuadropod (4 footed walking stick) the last one was 47 years old + 2 weeks ago I slipped + twisted one of the legs. So the head of the shared house I'm in referred me to a physio who brought one stick which was unsuitable so went back to the office + brought the best she could find + it was so good I am now exhausted with walking about  >zzz< >zzz< off to bed with me goodnight >biggrin<

I hope you were up bright and early: you've another 20 miles to walk today.  We need to be sure you've tested your new walking stick properly.

Are you going to be running like this by the end of the week?   >run<

Hello Sunny Clouds

This morning 13/4/17 I managed about 100yards, in the afternoon I was sat at my computer + I fell asleep so I'm writing this evening + I can definitely tell I will not repeat not be running next week >yikes< >steam< >crying< but it's better than what it was on 12/4/17

100 yards? It sounds like you earned that sleep. 

I've been trying to walk more because I've been putting so much weight on, and with the falls I have, I need, I think, to make it easier to get up.
