Ooh, that hug was very soothing for those sore muscles!

But my heart goes out to all those people whose care was delayed or impaired by the cyber attack.  I try to tell myself that the criminals would have taken more care before setting the malware loose if they'd considered the implications, but the reality is that there's a good chance they wouldn't.  After all, if so many politicians and news magnates and corporate  billionnaires care more about money than about ordinary people's lives, why shouldn't thieves think likewise?
(I'm an obsessive problem-solver, so feel free to ignore any suggestions or solutions I offer, even if they sound terribly insistent.)
