My cousin came back from Iceland last week. Apparently, everything is expensive there. A sandwich was about £8.

Hello Lankou

On e good thing we are on our way to South Africa to teach + enlighten school children/future generation about the positive benifit's impaired people bring to a multi-culture society. So to start with lets' compile a book of idea's

Ouch reader's

The book of idea's should be about how we impaired people can promote integration with AB people. Let me begin a café with no step's, extra wide door way's, wide aisle way's so wheelchair user's can freely move between the table's so they can sit with AB friends both waitresses + waiter's wear trousers' to prevent inappropriate behaviour

Hello Ouch Reader's

Another suggestion for a universal book of idea's is the different method's disabled people deal with transport problem's + this crew have had experience in many different country's of getting from A to B with ease +  comfort. I accept there is no way I can prevent people becoming disabled but we can begin to control the worst effect's + be better at becoming more integrated with main stream society

Hullo all. I hope that your journey goes well. It is fun to explore the world by sailing. I saw more whales off Africa than most. I saw whales off Central America. It is where one can find Minke Whales.

I last saw dolphins near to the Carribean, when the Catty Snork was on her way.
The sea temperature was worrying, so we left those waters to get clear before the hurricane season began.

May you miss all uncharted rocks. Prabhakari.
Bless 'em all, bless 'em all,
The long and the short and the tall.

Hello Prabbhakari

Thank you for your kind blessing about submerged rocks, about 2 month's ago I had a cup of tea with the captain of the catty snark + is a fan of sea mammal's as they communicate + work as a team he thinks they can teach humanity a thing or two about  peaceful living in a community
