Given the popularity of pet ownership on this forum, Ouchers must love it when it rains cats and dogs.  >blackcat< >dog< >umbrella<

Love the pics especially the cats under the brolly. Dull here and a bit chilly but no rain yet. Probably start shortly when I've got to go out.

It came over very dark a short while ago and I am sure I saw a snow flake. However, its bright and sunny now although there is a cold wind.

The wind is getting up right now. It is also begriming to rain but not heavily just yet. Its looking like being a hefty storm before long.

Despite the warnings two of the reporters on Breakfast this morning where on the sea walls at Dawlish and Chesil Beach in somewhat hazardous positions. Both had to move as the tide rose and the storm gathered. Not really sending out the right message to the idiots who think they are invincible and get too close to the sea.

And then there's the idiots who try to drive through floodwater.... I've had BBC Somerset (radio) on and there's several roads in the area now that have become impassable.  Again.   Glad I haven't got to go out anywhere, that's for sure!

It was pretty windy and lashed down last night and most of this morning. We have an uneasy truce in the weather at the moment, so it's grey and still out there. Don't think that'll last long!

Couldn't agree more about idiots ignoring meteorological advice. Every year there are dozens of planks who need rescued from the Mournes, Belfast Hills, etc, in the middle of storms which has been predicted for days.  >doh<

Very cold and windy here.  A sudden gust knocked a couple of bottles of beer from a shelf and they smashed on the kitchen floor.   Now the whole boat smells like a brewery   >biggrin<

Between the house and the outhouse we had sheets of plastic forming a roof. The important word in that sentence is had.
