Thanks for the links
The process now (for anyone who didn't look at the links) is that you need to put in a Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) before you can process to the appeals stage.  When you get the decision about your MR back you should get two copies, one for you and another for the tribunal service to send in with the SSCS1 form.   The SSCS1 gets sent directly to the tribunal service along with one of the MR's and a written note saying why the decision is wrong.
