Will do. She was really nasty so donít hold out much hope.
Itís the waiting I canít cope with itís the not knowing. Especially as I know itís their opinion that decides yes or no and not DWP. So really in an ideal world they could tell you there and then.
Will keep you updated

They can't tell you there and then because it's not the assessor's decision, it's the DWP who get sent the report. I'm sorry you feel the assessor was nasty, that's really unpleasant. There's no need for any assessor to be so. It's possible though that last night they had a row with their partner and they broke up and they're really distressed so try if possible not to conclude that means they're going to make a certain judgement. Don't forget you can request a copy of the assessor's report.

To be honest fiz I think that is just how she is.
To the point where we thought she was the woman out of James Bond the little one that has the spikes coming out of her shoes 😂
I got through it. We are laughing about how she was now but at the time we didnít think it was nice.
I hope I donít have to wait to long.

Well done for surviving the assessment.
(I'm an obsessive problem-solver, so feel free to ignore any suggestions or solutions I offer, even if they sound terribly insistent.)

Thankyou.
I am quite upbeat about it today and know what to do if I fail.
I did tell her yesterday about waiting for physio date I now have received that today. I start physio on the 6 th February. This is to try and help me until I get new day surgery date.
Thankyou everyone for your help and support

So now you have had a chance to think about it bub, what exactly happened that she was so nasty about?

That's one bit out the way, the assessor will write up her report and send it to DWP, it'll be passed to a decision maker who will look at your ESA50, the WCA and any medical evidence they have.  If they are going to stop your money the decision maker will phone you to explain that and is there anything you want to say.   That's the bit you're waiting on so good luck and keep sending in sick lines until you're told not to.  >x-fingers<

Probably not as bad as I think.
Maybe just me being me.
But I got through it.

Being in a bit of a mess with all this waiting for result of assessment. I know it is a week today that I had it.
I telephoned DWP really just to see when I would hear not for the results.
Was told no decision yet but will get letter when it has been. Thatís fine.
Said could be another week or so
Then got asked if I was in the support group I said yes then he turned round and said itís very unlikely that that will change. He also said until decision is made you will continue to get esa benefit.
I said Thankyou as all I wanted to know was had a decision been reached.

I am not taking anything he has said as gospel. I also know they can move you from support group to wrag.
I am glad I telephoned though as that has settled me a bit.

It was the not knowing whether a decision had been reached.
I can cope what ever it is as have plans in place.
