This is a tool to help local authorities and their partners, who have asked for guidance on how best to work with troubled families, and for the evidence about family intervention to be brought together in one place.
What do fellow Ouchers think of this, is this good guidance or not?

I lost concentration so didn't read it all. I started off feeling positive about it but some things I wasn't happy about. Who are we to say that someone should keep their house clean and tidy? What is clean and tidy? What is clean and tidy for one person is totally unacceptable to another. Yes, there are certain standards of hygiene needed for health reasons but above and beyond that many families are brought up with intense clutter and dust and dog hair quite happily. Other things, seemed good.
