Well I just wrote to the DWP in Wolverhampton and my local JCP saying that I am on the support group and enclosing copies of my Tribunal result as proof.

I hope thats the last I hear of this stuff for a long time..

I'm still a little worried that they will find some way of changing my results but thats just me being paranoid, I worry so much.

anyway I can't do anymore right now.  please let this be the end of it.

It's getting close to 2 weeks since I wrote letters to the DWP and job centre.  I've not heard anything at all.

Normally getting no post is very good but I'm concerned that I'll get a letter in a couple of weeks saying I missed my WRAG appointment and my money is stopped.

I don't have the nerve to phone them to ask.. I can't deal with it.

Can your mum phone on your behalf?  All you need to do is be there to confirm your NI number and date of birth to the person on the other end, then mum (or anybody else acting for you) can take over the talking...

She would but I'd rather not ask her.  she really suffered very bad during my 18 week ordeal and it took her several weeks just to stop crying and worrying about it all.  I really don't want to worry her further.

Thanks anyway  >hugs<

I dont know how techie you are or if this could work but it is worth looking at the idea of using text phone software to have a text conversation with the DWP in the same way deaf people do.

A little update

I got a brown envelope and after staring at it for a couple of hours and getting myself worked up, I opened it and it was the DWP saying I was in the support group.  I guess my letters got them to see their mistake.  Huge thanks to everyone on here for the help and advice, especially Monic, Kizzy, Sunshine, Fiz, NN etc etc

I Read it through 3-4 times and then collapsed into my chair with a huge sigh of relief.

~happy dance~ I am so pleased for you Steve  >bubbly< >cartwheel<

Thank you for posting the news.

Stuff like this gives hope to all of those who are currently or soon to be renewing their claim ESA.

It means a lot that you did not give up even in your darkest hours but picked yourself up and took another step towards pushing the DWP to get it right.
