About DIGNITY I think if you treat other people as you would  like to be treated you will not go far wrong >hugs<

True indeed, Captain  >hugs<

Sorry I missed the birthday of the Good Ship Happyness - I got stuck in my cabin again, what with one thing and another...  This ship is a refuge indeed  >star<

I'll see what I can do for a belated birthday dinner.  I'm not wearing drag, sorry - I had to do enough of that in my youth, so I much prefer proper formal dinner suit with bowtie  >cool<

*** Birthday Dinner ***

Cheese and Tomato Pizza
Chicken Nuggets with chips and beans
Veggie Nuggets with chips and beans

Birthday Cake
Jelly and Icecream
Fresh Fruit Salad

Cream Soda
Apple Juice
Yorkshire Tea

you cant mention the good ship dignity without triggering the deacon blue song dignity
There's a man I meet, walks up our street
He's a worker for the council
Has been twenty years
And he takes no lip off nobody
And litter off the gutter
Puts it in a bag
And never thinks to mutter
And he packs his lunch in a Sunblest bag
The children call him Bogie
He never lets on
But I know 'cause he once told me
He let me know a secret about the money in his kitty
He's gonna buy a dinghy
Gonna call her Dignity
And I'll sail her up the west coast
Through villages and towns
I'll be on my holidays
They'll be doing their rounds
They'll ask me how I got her I'll say, "I saved my money"
They'll say, "Isn't she pretty? That ship called Dignity"
And I'm telling this story
In a faraway sea
Sipping down raki
And reading Maynard Keynes
And I'm thinking about home and all that that means
And a place in the winter for dignity
And I'll sail her up the west coast
Through villages and towns
I'll be on my holidays
They'll be doing the rounds
They'll ask me how I got her I'll say, "I saved my money"
They'll say, "Isn't she pretty? That ship called Dignity"
Stand it up, stand it up, stand it up, stand it up, stand it up, stand it up
Yeah, stand it up again, stand it up again, stand it up again, stand it up again
Stand it up, stand it up, stand it up, stand it up, stand it up, stand it up
Yeah, stand it up again, stand it up again, stand it up again, stand it up again
And I'm thinking about home
And I'm thinking about faith
And I'm thinking about work
And I'm thinking how good it would be
To be here some day
On a ship called Dignity
A ship called Dignity
That ship

Gosh, that really brings back memories of where I used to live, that song seemed to be played frequently on the radio then...

Thanks for turning out to provide such a scrumplicious birthday feast, Sasha, you looked so splendid in your formal attire  >biggrin<

Hello Kizzy Kazaer

I might be wrong but as the lift brought me up from my cabin to the top deck I thought I saw a sheep been toasted with fruit juice + I thought I heard the name SashaQ so now I'm baffled wondering if I need to go + lay down.

Hello Kizzy Kazaer

About a paid cleaner people have been using their conman sense that is very strong in a small closed community like on a solar powered cruiser + this environment is encouraging people with learning difficulty to tidy up after themselves plus having a conman goal integration to main stream society + those with the physical ability s are helping those who can not manage

An idea to help Able Bodied people accept disabled people

(who are stereotyped like women as topless models in tabloid newspapers)
in to main stream society I think we could put a play on to prove how valuable we are + as I'm in a W/c I could spot an individual car number plate amongst a long  line of car's parked at the side of a road it could be a car of a suspect drug pusher +  the blind person walking with me could have a spy camera hidden in the Harnesses their guide dog is wearing there is also some one wearing a hard hat as fit's cause them to fall backwards the spy cam is collecting un-deniable evidence  the suspects defence lawyer can not deny the evidence with a technicality like HOW it was obtained

The captain's birthday again already??  Seems like the last one was only a few months ago - here, he doesn't have two a year like Her Maj, does he?  >biggrin<

After the splendiferous spread, I shall raise a mug of Yorkshire to him once more - bottoms up!
